Phil was converted when he was five years old and committed his life to full-time service at the age of 17 at Word of Life Camp.

Phil is a graduate of Bob Jones University (B.A., M.A.) and has held pastorates in Mississippi and Pennsylvania before moving to South Carolina in 1997.

Having served as a pastor for over 25 years he has a passion for teaching the Word, seeking to make it simple and relevant. Music is another aspect of ministry close to his heart.

Phil and his wife Jeanne, have three adult children, Justin, Lauren and Meredith, as well as two grandchildren.
